Experiment with this luscious low-calorie appetizer, selecting a colorful mix of sweet fruits in season.


 Apple, pear, mango, pineapple, peach, papaya, kiwi chunks
 Banana slices
 Orange segments, small or halved
 Seedless grapes, whole or halved
 Strawberries, hulled and halved
 Raspberries, blackberries, large blueberries
 Mini vegan marshmallows, optional
 Try our coconut cream
 Yogurt, dairy or plant-based

Use 16 bamboo or plastic skewers (or party toothpicks) at least 3 inches (8 cm) long.


Select an appropriate quantity of fruit to fill your skewers. Prepare fruits just before serving.


Spear fruit on skewers in any order you wish, using a firm fruit at the tip to hold fruit in place. Serve with your choice of dip.
