Heat 2 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large frying pan.
Add cumin seed. Add chopped onion. When you hear the crackling sound, start stirring.
Add ginger and garlic and continue stirring until ingredients are brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, remaining spices, and half the Pav Bhaji masala.
Add carrots, green beans, green peppers, grated cauliflower. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the mashed potatoes (binding agent) Add 1 tablespoon butter. Mash, using a potato masher.
Add 1 cup and let it simmer 10 minutes on low heat. Add the rest of the Pav Bhaji Masala.
Add chopped cilantro and serve on toasted or grilled pav (bread/hamburger bun)
Dry roast ingredients in a pan and grind into a powder. Store in a spice jar.
