Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Warm milk, add tea, and steep 2 minutes. Strain.
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, ground flaxseeds, milk-tea mixture, and coconut oil. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine rolled oats, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cardamom, and clove. Using a
wooden spoon, add this dry mixture to the banana mixture. Do not overmix. Lastly, add the flour. Gently mix until
Pour mixture into parchment-lined baking pan. Top with rolled oats and nuts.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Check after 35 minutes, and then every 5 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
