Ranch Dressing or Dip

To make Ranch Dressing or Dip, prepare a half amount of the Cashew Tofu Sour Cream recipe, and add the following ingredients. (To double the amount, prepare the entire Cashew Tofu Sour Cream recipe and double the ingredients below.)


 1 cup Cashew Tofu Sour Cream
 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed
 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
 ½ teaspoon onion powder
 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 1 teaspoon dried chives
 Salt to taste
 Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Fold all of the seasonings into the Cashew Tofu Sour Cream.


Add lemon juice and stir.


If dressing needs thinning, add milk as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time.


Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
