Swiss Muesli

 3 cups uncooked, old-fashioned rolled oats
 3 cups warm water
 18 medium-sized apples
 6 tablespoons lemon juice
 3 cups fresh berries
 3 cups seedless green grapes, halved
 ¾ cup chopped nuts
 9 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
 1 ½ cups dairy or nondairy yogurt, flavored or unflavored
Note
 For a gluten-free option, use Certified Gluten- free Oats.

Soak oats in 1 cup warm water for 30 minutes to soften. Drain well.

Grate apples, then toss with lemon juice in a medium-sized bowl to help prevent discoloration. Add soaked oats, berries, grapes, and nuts.

Stir honey and yogurt together and add to oats, tossing lightly. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Serve with fruit and additional yogurt or cream.
