Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Reminiscent of dairy Parmesan, this tasty, versatile mix can be used for salads, pasta, or as a vegetable garnish.

 ½ cup almonds (whole, raw, and unsalted)
 ½ cup cashews (whole, raw, and unsalted)
 ½ cup walnuts (whole, raw, and unsalted)
 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 ¼ teaspoon salt
