There are 2 versions of the meditation journal:
1) Print version: meant to be downloaded, then printed and filled in by hand.

2) Interactive version: meant to be downloaded and opened with a PDF reader app, like Adobe Acrobat Reader or the “Preview” app on Mac. You can then fill your digital journal with the app, as you complete your daily meditation.
