Use 16 bamboo or plastic skewers (or party toothpicks) at least 3 inches (8 cm) long.
Select an appropriate quantity of fruit to fill your skewers. Prepare fruits just before serving.
Spear fruit on skewers in any order you wish, using a firm fruit at the tip to hold fruit in place. Serve with a bowl of yogurt for dipping or spooning over kabob.
