Tzatziki (Yogurt and Garlic Sauce)
Greek-style tzatziki sauce can be eaten with bread or served as a topping on your favorite vegetables.
2 cups plain, unsweetened yogurt (plant-based or dairy)
1 large cucumber, grated
Mint, minced (to taste)
2 teaspoons garlic powder or 2 cloves, minced
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
