Ayurvedic CCF Tea

This warming Ayurvedic tea releases toxins from the body and purifies the blood. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning to aid digestion.

Ingredients

 1 teaspoon whole dried fennel seeds (you can add more if you like a sweeter taste)
 1 teaspoon whole dried coriander seeds
 1 teaspoon whole dried cumin seeds
 4 cups water

Instructions

Add all the seeds to 4 cups of water.

Let it boil.

Use a sieve to strain the tea.

Serves 2

Notes: CCF tea mixture can also be purchased online.

For best value, purchase large quantities of the three seeds in ethnic grocery stores. Mix 1 cup of each seed and store in an airtight jar. Use 1 tablespoon and 4 cups of water for 2 servings.
