Ingredients
1 bunch of organic curly kale (avoid large, tough leaves)
¼ cup olive oil
Juice of one lemon
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
2 ½ tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
¼ cup tahini, raw preferred
¼ cup nutritional yeast

Wash and de-stem the kale. Pat leaves dry.

Rip leaves into bite-sized pieces into a big bowl.

For dressing, blend olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tamari or soy sauce, and tahini in a blender or Magic Bullet.

Massage the dressing into kale with your hands. Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. The longer the dressing soaks in, the more tender the leaves will be.
