½ cup (113 g) old-fashioned oats
¾ cup (178 ml) Plant-based milk, whichever type you prefer.
1 teaspoon (5 ml) pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon (1 ml) pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (14 g) chia seeds
Topping: Berry mixture of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
Add toppings mentioned fresh in the morning, along with more Plant-based milk and/or sweetener if desired.
The oats can be stored 3 to 4 days in refrigerator.
Combine oats, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds in a mason jar or bowl. Cover it with a lid and shake to mix.
Refrigerate oats 6 to 8 hours before eating.
Top with fresh berries before serving.
