1 frozen banana
½ small ripe avocado (or ¼ large)
1 handful of greens
½ scoop vegan vanilla or unflavored protein powder, or to taste
1 cup dairy-free milk of your choice
1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds (optional)
½ cup blueberries or cut mango
Add all ingredients to blender and process on high until smooth.
Adjust thickness by adding more milk, if needed.
