Line a baking sheet with a silicon mat.
Melt the dark chocolate using a double broiler. When melted, spread it around on the silicon mat to a thickness of 1-inch. Don’t worry about making it a perfect rectangle or circle.
Sprinkle on the toppings and press them gently into the chocolate with the back of a spoon.
Cool until the chocolate is firm.
Cut into long triangles or squares, as desired.

In a glass blender, blend a few dried strawberries into a fine powder
Melt the white chocolate in a double broiler. When melted, spread it around on the silicon mat to a thickness of 1-inch. Don’t worry about making it a perfect rectangle or circle.
In a small bowl, add the dried strawberry powder to a 1/4 cup of the melted chocolate to create a beautiful pink chocolate.
Pour dollops of pink chocolate here and there on the white chocolate. With a tooth pick, swirl the pink into the white to create a beautiful marbled effect.
Randomly place few dried strawberries on the chocolate and let it cool until it’s firm.
Cut into desired shapes.

Place the chopped Oreos on the chocolate and gently press into the surface. Sprinkle on some crushed, dried strawberries and let cool until firm.
Cut into desired shapes.

Feel free to get creative with your toppings. You could use any dried fruit or nuts, roasted or not.
