Whisk aquafaba in a large bowl with an electric mixer with a whisk attachment until frothy, about 8 to 10 mins.
In a microwave-safe bowl (if microwaving) or in a double boiler, place chocolate, milk, instant coffee, and sugar to melt. To avoid burning, set the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and add more time (10-second intervals) if needed.
Lightly cool the chocolate, and add in whipped aquafaba. Don't over mix.
Spoon into your choice of serving bowls. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Serve with your choice of garnish.
