Whisk aquafaba in a large bowl with an electric mixer with a whisk attachment until frothy, about 8 to 10 mins.
In another microwave-safe bowl (if microwaving), place vegan chocolate, plant-based milk, instant coffee, and sugar. Melt in a double boiler or microwave checking every 20 seconds.
Once the chocolate is slightly room temperature add in aquafaba and mix lightly. Don't over mix.
Refrigerate it for a few hours or overnight.
Serve with your choice of garnish.
