Jelly Rolls

This recipe is a twist on the perennial favorite PB&J that most kids love. Filled with seed or nut butter of your choice, strawberry preserves, and fresh strawberries, kids will love them plain or dipped in a chocolate hazelnut dip, especially if they help make their own rolls!

Ingredients

 6 flour tortillas (white, wheat, or gluten-free)
 1 cup nut or seed butter of your choice
 1 cup strawberry preserves
 1 ½ cups freshly sliced strawberries

Instructions

On the tortillas, spread the nut or seed butter.

Spread the jelly on top of the nut or seed butter.

3

Down the center of the tortillas, place the cut strawberries.

4

Roll the tortillas, wrap, and chill for at least 15 minutes.

Cut into slices. Serve plain or with a dip.
