2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mild-flavored honey or maple syrup
6 tablespoons unflavored yogurt or vegan option, chilled
½ teaspoon almond extract
⅔ cup pear nectar, chilled
1 ⅓ cups sparkling water, chilled
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Whirl all ingredients except sparkling water in a blender until well mixed. Pour into serving glasses and stir in sparkling water. Garnish with a light sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg.
