Ranch Dressing or Dip

This dressing satisfies your search for a creamy dressing. The base is a tofu, cashew sour cream that can be used anywhere you would use dairy sour cream.

Ingredients

 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed
 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
 ½ teaspoon onion powder
 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 1 teaspoon dried chives
 Salt to taste
 Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

Fold all of the seasonings into the Cashew Tofu Sour Cream.

Add lemon juice and stir.

If dressing needs thinning, add milk as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time.

Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

Serves- 1¼ cup
