½ cup old-fashioned oats
¾ cup Plant-based milk, whichever type you prefer
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 Medjool dates, finely chopped
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 small chopped apple and dash of cinnamon
Add toppings mentioned fresh in the morning, along with more Plant-based milk and/or sweetener if desired.
The oats can be stored 3 to 4 days in refrigerator.
Combine oats, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla, chopped Medjool dates, and cinnamon in a mason jar or bowl. Cover it with a lid and shake to mix.
Refrigerate oats 6 to 8 hours before eating.
Top with fresh chopped apple and dash of cinnamon before serving.
