1 cup Tofu Cashew Sour Cream
Flavor Add-in Ingredients
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped
½ cup finely diced sweet bell peppers
⅓ cup finely minced sweet onions, like Vidalia
¼ cup grated carrot
½ cup finely diced strawberries
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
3 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons finely chopped chives
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Freshly ground pepper to taste, optional
½ cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, drained in strainer for 2 hours)
¼ cup (or more) coconut sugar (taste and add more if desired)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup coconut sugar
½ cup raisins
In a small bowl fold your flavor add-ins to your Cashew Tofu Sour Cream.
Chill and serve with bagels, breads, or crackers.
