Ingredients
¼ cup eggless mayonnaise (or use ½ cup silken tofu to make oil-free)
1 6-ounce cup plant-based or dairy unflavored yogurt
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground coriander or ground nutmeg, or to taste

In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust flavors. If too tart, add more maple syrup. If too sweet, add more lemon juice.

Pour the dressing over a salad and toss gently.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
