Lemonade with Mint and Maple Syrup
A refreshing summer treat made healthier with maple syrup instead of sugar!
Ingredients
¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 6 medium lemons)
8 cups water
½ cup maple syrup
A few fresh mint leaves
Garnish
Lemon wedges
Mint leaves
Instructions

Stir all the ingredients together in a large pitcher. Taste and adjust for preferred sweetness.

Refrigerator for 7-8 hours for the flavors to develop.

Replace mint leaves with fresh ones.
4
Garnish with lemon wedges if desired, and serve over ice.
