Nice-Cream
For the kid in everyone, this cold, creamy recipe combines the scrumptious flavors of ice cream with a non-dairy base of frozen bananas. Invent your own varieties and toppings for a guilt-free dessert that invites a second helping.

Ingredients

 2 cups frozen bananas
 ¼ cup plant-based milk
 ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (non-alcoholic if you prefer)
 2 teaspoons coconut sugar (optional)
Variations
For different flavors, add these ingredients:
Chocolate Ice Cream
 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
 2 tablespoons almond butter (for creaminess)
 chocolate chips (optional)
Strawberry Ice Cream
 ¾ cup strawberries
 Several fresh chopped strawberries to add in (optional)
Peanut Butter Ice Cream
 2 tablespoons peanut butter
 Crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in the blender except the chocolate chips for chocolate nice cream, the fresh chopped strawberries for the strawberry nice cream, and the crushed peanuts for peanut nice cream. Add them after blending the other ingredients before you serve or freeze the nice cream. Enjoy immediately or freeze 2 to 3 hours for a
firmer, more ice-cream like texture.
