Veggie Platter with Ranch Dip

It’s easy to make a fun party platter for your next Halloween party using our tasty vegan ranch dip!

Ingredients

 1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed
 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
 ½ teaspoon onion powder
 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 1 teaspoon dried chives
 Salt to taste
 Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Party Platter Ingredients
 Several red, yellow, and orange peppers
 Celery sticks
 Carrot sticks
 Broccoli, cut in bite-sized pieces
 Cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces
 Cherry tomatoes
 Radishes
 Zucchini “chips”
 Scallions
 Mushrooms
 Sweet pepper slices
 Cucumber spears
 Dipping pretzels
 An assortment of crackers and cocktail breads, optional

Instructions

Fold all of the seasonings into the Cashew Tofu Sour Cream.

Add lemon juice and stir.

If dressing needs thinning, add milk as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time.

Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.

To assemble the platter, cut jack-o-lantern faces on the sides of some of the red, orange, and yellow peppers like the picture indicates. Fill the peppers with an assortment of vegetable sticks and dipping pretzels from the list of ingredients.

Leave some peppers whole to fill with an assortment of dips. If you choose to only have one dip, consider buying a small pumpkin (either real or plastic) and filling it with your choice of dip.

Arrange the filled pepper cups (with dip and veggies) and other vegetables in a pleasing display on the serving tray.

If you chose to fill a pumpkin with dip, just place it within easy reach of the platter.

Note:
You can also fill baskets with an assortment of crackers and cocktail bread. Place them near the party platter with the dips.
