Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, dairy or nondairy
⅓ cup tahini
2 tablespoons miso paste
3 tablespoons rolled oats
¼ cup water
Vegetable oil for skillet frying

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together, using miso to taste. Form into 6 burgers.

Skillet-fry in vegetable oil until browned on both sides or lightly oil both sides of patties and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 350ᵒ F. for 15 minutes. Turn with a spatula, and bake 15 more minutes until browned.
