Ingredients
¼ cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari (wheat-free soy sauce)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated (or 1 teaspoons ground ginger)
1 garlic clove, minced
Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

Whisk all ingredients together. Mix again before pouring over salad.
