Avocado Banana Smoothie
 
													
			This is not only satisfying, but it's a smart way to use avocado. Great for breakfast, but you can enjoy it throughout the day!		
				Ingredients
 1   frozen banana
 ½   small ripe avocado  (or ¼ large)
 1  handful of greens
 ½  scoop vegan vanilla or unflavored protein powder, or to taste
 1 cup  dairy-free milk of your choice
 1 tablespoon  raw sunflower seeds (optional)
 ½ cup blueberries or cut mango
Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender and process on high until smooth.

Adjust thickness by adding more milk, if needed.
Note: Check the label on your protein powder to ensure it is gluten-free and vegan.
Serves 1
