1 can reduced fat coconut milk, chilled
1 cup plant-based creamer
2 cups plant-based milk, unsweetened and unflavored
⅓ cup organic granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground turmeric
Blend all ingredients except coconut whipped cream in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Serve with coconut whipped cream, if desired, and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg or ground nutmeg.
