If using the pasta, cook according to the package directions.
Prepare all of your vegetables.
Follow the directions above for either the salad or the bowl.
To make this recipe as a bowl, serve over a bed of tricolor corkscrew pasta that has been tossed with Italian vinaigrette. Serve in individual bowls, or one big salad bowl. Arrange the veggies on top of the pasta in a rainbow pattern.
To make this recipe as a salad, layer the vegetables in individual clear glasses or in one large clear salad bowl. When you are ready to serve, toss or drizzle with the Italian vinaigrette.
Note
Provide additional salad dressing if desired.
